A1 Home Improvement

The project was to paint the body and trim of the house, add corrective construction on the deck and stain it. They did a beautiful job - it's like owning a new home. Working with A1 Home Improvement was easy - there were no surprises. The work flow was smooth, they adhered to the contract and budget, and the team was user friendly. I was impressed by their detailed contract and valued their forthcoming with information on 'best way' and as well as advice on cost savings. It was worth noting that when a question came up they solicited my approval rather than just moving ahead. We had a very good working relationship and it was rewarded with an excellent outcome. The owner, Travis Roney, and his team are hard working, resourceful, and were consistent in giving me the best version of what I asked for. The fact that Travis is a good communicator kept me appraised on the progress made and the 'next step'. I have recommended them to my friends as many are looking for a trustworthy company - integrity is high on our requirement list.

I appreciated the structured approach and steady progress maintained throughout the journey. Every part of the process reflected professionalism and careful execution. The outcome was remarkable and left a deep positive impression.
